Julia An-Mei Wolpert received a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, San Diego, California. She frequented the Dean’s List, was trusted as small group tutor, received the American Jurisprudence award for Advanced Contracts, and published Concussions and Contracts by Cleveland University’s Journal of Law and Health. As an Indiana native, Ms. Wolpert received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Criminology from Ball State University – completing both in under four years as magnum cum lade.
Ms. Wolpert’s practice consists of advising school districts, community colleges, and district-affiliated entities on education law, employer-employee relations, and compliance with state and federal law. Outside of her profession, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their animals, as well as hiking, traveling, and playing the violin.
Ms. Wolpert is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association.
